I will be posting here daily from now on so look forward to more constructive posts in the future.

I will be back tomorrow with another entry.

My current project is a book entitled: ONE: Overcoming Negative Energy

This is something that we all have to deal with on a daily basis. Our lives are filled with sources of negative energy and emotions. Just by turning on the television you can find yourself bombarded by negative stimulus. It can be quite overwhelming. It may seem like a hopeless struggle but it is not.

One key to overcoming negative energy is to not allow these things to affect your own emotions. By simply changing the way we react to negativity, we can be in control. We often find ourselves at the mercy of our own emotions which seem to be at the mercy of our environment or the emotions of the ones who are closest to us. By realizing that we are the ones who ultimately decide our current emotional state we can take the first step to a higher conscious state of being.
